Embark on your technology journey with simplicity and cost-effectiveness through the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG). This grant empowers businesses to automate processes and enhance productivity without the need for extravagant solutions.
PSG supports companies across various sectors, including retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction, and landscaping. Beyond sector-specific solutions, PSG covers areas like customer management, data analytics, financial management, and inventory tracking. Pre-scoped by government agencies like Enterprise Singapore (ESG), National Environment Agency (NEA), and Singapore Tourism Board (STB), these solutions pave the way for long-term technology investments.
To apply for PSG, SMEs must meet these criteria:
- Registered and operating in Singapore
- Intend to use IT solutions or equipment in Singapore
- Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
- Either have an annual sales turnover of no more than S$100M or employ fewer than 200 employees
PSG with Agile: Are You Eligible?
SMEs can benefit from PSG with Agile if they are:
- New clients of Agile or deploying the solution to a new location
- Not previously invoiced or paid to Agile
- Ensuring the AGILE solution is not deployed to an existing location
- Adhering to a grant cap of $30,000 per entity per financial year (1 April to 31 March)
Important Points to Note
- All packages are full-suite, inclusive of implementation and training charges.
- No pro-ration of packages allowed; the quote must align exactly.
- Package duration is one year with upfront payment – no instalments.
- PSG application must precede quote acceptance and payment.
- SMEs must personally apply for PSG; Agile cannot apply on their behalf.
- Up to 70% reimbursement, capped at SGD 30,000 per financial year (1 Apr to 31 Mar).
- Additional purchase items require a separate quotation.
Resilience Budget 2020 Update
Effective from 1 April 2020 to 31 Dec 2020, PSG’s maximum support level has increased from 70% to 80% of qualifying costs.
